    Att. Eslem Hatice Acet (LL.M., Kiel/Augsburg)

    Eslem Hatice Acet graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the Turkish-German University in 2019. She completed her first master’s degree in International Law at Kiel University in 2021 and her second master’s degree in International Economic Law at the University of Augsburg in 2024. Her thesis focused on “The concept of ‘economic unit’ in antitrust law and the legal liability of subsidiaries following the ‘Skanska’ and ‘Sumal’ judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union.” She has worked as a lawyer, legal advisor, and translator at international law firms in Turkey and Germany. With over three years of experience, she specializes in Corporate Law, Compliance Management Systems, Economic Law, and Commercial Law, with expertise in both Turkish and German legal frameworks. Eslem Hatice Acet is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and is fluent in German and English.

    Att. Elif Betül Şahin Antep (LL.M., Bielefeld)

    In 2018, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Turkish-German University. In 2021, she completed her master’s degree in German Law at Bielefeld University, where she wrote her thesis on “The Role of the European Court of Human Rights in Family Reunification of Refugees in Germany.” She has gained extensive experience in Private International Law, Migration Law, and German Law through her work with various private and international organizations in Turkey. As a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, she is proficient in German and English.

    Att. Selvacan Akpınar (LL.M., Istanbul)

    “In 2020, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Turkish-German University, where she wrote her graduation thesis on “Euthanasia and the Protection of Personal Rights.” During her undergraduate studies, she represented the Turkish-German University, achieving first place in the Abdülkadir Arpacı 1st Doctrinal Debate Competition and second place in the ELSA Rona Serozan 4th Fictional Litigation Competition. With the support of a DAAD scholarship, she participated in language training, German Criminal Law programs, and General Public Law programs at various universities in Germany. While she primarily focuses on Criminal Law, she also has experience in Private Law.

    Since 2023, she has been pursuing her master’s degree in Public Law at the Turkish-German University while continuing her work predominantly in Criminal Law. She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and is fluent in German and English.”

    Att. Aybüke Nur Keskin

    “In 2020, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Turkish-German University. In the summers of 2016 and 2019, she participated in German language and General Public Law programs in Germany with full scholarships awarded by DAAD. She has contributed to both public and private law studies at national and international levels. In 2019, she and her team achieved second place in the ELSA Rona Serozan 4th Fictitious Litigation Competition. Her undergraduate thesis, titled “Legal Nature and Validity Conditions of Arbitration Agreements,” reflects her academic focus on arbitration law.

    She specializes in private law, particularly in Foreigners Law and Corporate Law. She is a member of the Bursa Bar Association and is fluent in English, German, and Bulgarian.”

    Att. Fatma Betül Yıldırım

    “In 2023, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the Turkish-German University. During the 2021-2022 academic year, she studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne. She gained valuable experience in Trademark and Patent Law while working at a law firm in Germany from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, she developed expertise in International Law and bureaucracy through her work at Maarif Europe in Germany. She is a member of the Izmir Bar Association and is fluent in German and English.
